Every project is handled by a dedicated team of producers, cinematographers, editors, and creative strategists.

Yes, we offer full-scale commercial, editorial, portrait, and product photography. Our team can operate hybrid photo/video shoots to maximize cost efficiency and ensure visual consistency across all media channels.

Can Falhen handle live streaming for global keynotes and events?

Absolutely. We provide low-latency 4K multi-camera live broadcast setups with redundant SRT/RTMP streaming, real-time graphics switching, on-screen lower thirds, and bonded satellite/cellular internet connections.

What types of animation and motion graphics do you produce?

We create 2D and 3D motion design, kinetic typography, broadcast package stingers, UI product animations, and 3D product CAD renderings using Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Blender.

Do you offer standalone post-production and color grading services?

Yes. Clients can send raw footage for offline editing, DaVinci Resolve HDR color grading, Dolby Atmos audio mixing, sound design, and master formatting (DCP, ProRes, H.264).

Commercials and brand videos typically take 2-4 weeks from initial kickoff to final delivery. Rapid turnarounds (under 7 days) are available for time-sensitive event highlight reels and social media content.

How many rounds of revisions are included in a project?

Standard packages include 2 to 3 structured rounds of feedback and revisions during the rough cut and fine cut stages via our collaborative video review portal.

Can clients be involved during on-set filming and editing?

Yes! Clients can attend on-set filming in person or monitor real-time wireless video feeds remotely. During editing, we provide timestamped review links for seamless collaborative feedback.

What payment terms do you offer for projects?

Our standard structure is 50% deposit upon project agreement and signature, and 50% upon final master video delivery. Custom milestone payment structures are available for enterprise retainers.

All potential travel expenses, per diems, location permits, and talent licensing fees are itemized transparently in your initial proposal with zero hidden charges.

Where is Falhen Media located, and do you travel internationally?

Our headquarters is located in Oakbrook, IL (Greater Chicago Area). We frequently film on location across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, having completed projects in over 40 countries.

What cinema equipment and camera systems do you use?

We shoot on cinema-grade camera systems including RED V-Raptor, Sony FX6/FX9, Canon Cinema EOS, Zeiss/Cooke prime lenses, DJI Ronin gimbals, lighting trucks, and FAA-certified Part 107 drones.

How do you handle backup and data redundancy on set?

Safety is paramount. All footage is dual-card recorded on set and backed up to triple RAID storage arrays (onsite + cloud offsite backup) before cards are formatted.

Are your drone operators certified and insured?

Yes, all our aerial drone cinematographers hold FAA Part 107 certifications and are backed by full $5M aviation commercial liability insurance.

In what file formats and resolutions do you deliver final videos?

We deliver in native 4K/8K ProRes 422 HQ, H.264/H.265 MP4 formats, square (1:1), vertical (9:16) for TikTok/Reels, and Cinema DCP masters for theatrical screening.

Who owns the final copyright and raw footage of the shoot?

You own full commercial rights to all delivered final master videos. Raw unedited camera files (B-roll/takes) can also be transferred upon request.

How long do you archive completed project files and footage?

We maintain master project archives for a minimum of 5 years on cold LTO tape and cloud storage, allowing for future cutdowns, updates, or re-edits whenever needed.
